certified mail

Hi JJ,
In my experience almost all certified mail is not for the benefit of the recipient. Would you agree? Since following HTBI, I no lonnger pick up any certified letters. Never once have I received a check via certified mail but rather letters from attorneys regarding zoning issues or other legal issues.

You say, "almost all." But if someone is suing you, it's a good idea to know what's coming, right?
