Which laptop to buy?

Would you or any of the readers know which is the best laptop to purchase? Just looking for suggestions! I am about to spend the money and I don't want to just pick something. I appreciate your valuable site and refer it to others often. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

My personal preference is for either HP or Toshiba. Both are sold at Costco, and Costco has a terrific return policy.
