Dan, you are exactly right! I was wanting to create a nominee entity and have the nominee sign and set up everything. Hopefully JJ has some input on this.

... Is it complicated? Yes again, because you need to get an LLC and to give out information to the government in order to get a TIN or an EIN.
... I prefer to use a trustworthy nominee who opens a personal non-interest-bearing account. It's so much simpler.
