When one buys a house can they put it directly into the name of an LLC or does one need to use a nominee and then transfer the deed? Also, public transit has started tracking frequent riders who use cards, whether disabled, student, monthly pass, etc. They track where you get on and where you get off. Another reason to use CASH.

JJ Luna Responds:

Yes, you can put the property directly into the LLC. You will have to sign for the company but your name should not show up when records are searched.
