A comment to all: My home was recently burglarized and my safe and only my safe was taken. I was planning to use one of the techniques in J.J.'s book to hide the safe but procrastinated. Now the safe is gone. A word of advice to all: Never procrastinate.

I'm certainly sorry to hear your safe was taken, since I assume you had some money it. I think safes are find as a decoy, loaded with bricks or cement. The only fairly secure safe is a large gun safe, the kind that weight about 1400 lbs. But even then, burglars have been known to carry them off.

Do you have my e-book "Invisible Money?" If so, re-read the section about diversion or "can" safes. Use half a dozen, so that if one is somehow discovered, the rest will still be there.
