Nominee liability

In using a nominee, one would want to be careful to not cause any problems/compromise that person such as the bank making a suspicious activity report for any transaction. My question is how to be sure you are being most cautions about this as now it doesn't take much?
Also, how to address that with them.
JJ Luna Responds:
If you don't trust the prospective nominee, don't use him or her. I've never had a problem, but then, I use only persons I've know for at least a few years and who I'd trust with my life.
